American Express signs large deal; Ariel publishes Leadership Presence book; new clients include KPMG, Federal Reserve, Harvard Business School, McKinsey, and Time Warner
2009
New clients include Procter and Gamble, Citi, and Booz Allen; revenue breaks $7 million with 30% coming from non-U.S. business; releases Virtual Presence program.
2012
Ariel sold to Renovus Capital Partners, joining a portfolio of innovative training providers.
2013
Ariel acquires The Baron Group to add new programs in sales effectiveness; Ariel launches its outreach program and begins pro bono and discounted leadership programs with select non-profits; opens Australia distributorship.
2016
Ariel acquires Better Communications to add an extensive portfolio in strategic writing programs.
2018
Ariel reinvents itself, putting a new management team in place to take the company to the next level, focusing on three core areas — leadership development, strategic writing and sales effectiveness.
