Bruce Douglas has a long track record as a senior leader in the knowledge sector prior to Ariel, most recently as the longtime CEO at EducationDynamics. Bruce helped transform EducationDynamics from a leading provider of adult higher education inquiries to the leading provider of higher education outsourced managed services, including marketing, branding, enrollment management, retention services, market research, public relations, communications, and crisis management. He also sold the company twice and spearheaded the acquisition and integration of eight companies.
Prior to arriving at EducationDynamics, Bruce was the General Manager of Vertrue, a leading marketer of affinity and loyalty membership programs and lead generation services. During his fifteen-year tenure at Vertrue, Bruce had responsibility for many different divisions and functions and served as an executive committee member, helping develop corporate strategy and being a key member of its M&A team. Before Vertrue, Bruce spent five years in the Consumer Marketing Division of Time Inc. Magazines. Bruce holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School and an AB in History from Brown University.
