Joining Ariel in 2014 as a Client Director, Danielle collaborated with her clients to enable learners to become more memorable, influential, and impactful in their communication. In 2021, she took on leading the Sales Operations team, and in 2024 she stepped in the COO role to focus on optimizing day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Ariel, Danielle held sales and operational roles at Linkage and Skillsoft, specializing in improving organizational performance by developing leaders and high-potential talent.
Outside of work, you can find Danielle embracing her passion for cooking or hiking with her family and dogs.
