Elena is settled in Gurgaon, India. She is a visiting Faculty of Business Communication, Post Graduate Management Program, and PBA at Bridge School of Management, a JV between Apollo Group Inc., USA, and Hindustan Times Group.

Elena has worked as a senior consultant and trainer with TMI, one of the largest European training consultancies, and was a Program Director with San-Francisco based educational organization, Landmark Education Corporation.

Since 1998 global companies including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Kohler, American Express, GSK, Panasonic, Adidas, and over 40 others keep Elena on top of their contact list for good reason.
