Gerry Brannan has over 20 years experience consulting to large organizations internationally. For the last seven years he has specialized in coaching senior executives, particularly at director level, and ‘high potentials’ across the public and private sectors.
He brings an empathic and challenging style to his coaching work, which addresses both developmental and performance issues. Gerry has an excellent track record of success, building rapport quickly and facilitating productive conversations early in the coaching process. His approach combines a pragmatic focus on his clients’ business goals alongside supporting them to develop greater insight into their values and longer-term priorities. Gerry has particular expertise in cross-cultural coaching with individuals and teams.
Management consulting is at the heart of Gerry’s business background, working with Deloitte’s and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he held a senior management position with European responsibility.
Gerry is a certified executive coach, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a member of Faculty at the School of Coaching.
Gerry has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organisations including, O2, EDF, The Competition Commission, Fujitsu, WPP, Credit Suisse, Lloyd’s Register, Masstock, DTZ, The Prudential, Hay Consulting, The Natural History Museum, Glaxo.
