Jacki Davidoff is an Executive Leadership Coach to CEOs, executives, Boards, and leadership teams nationwide. Her mission-driven approach supports leaders and teams to fully develop their capabilities by identifying internal barriers that may limit their effectiveness while simultaneously increasing self-awareness and other-awareness. Jacki also identifies internal cultural shifts that promote high-functioning, lower-drama organizational cultures.
Jacki has been actively involved in racial justice training on a national level, with expertise in supporting women and women of color to step into and embrace their power and capacity. She is the immediate past Board Chair of Chicago Women in Philanthropy and former Co-Chair of the Racial Equity & Social Justice committee. She participated in the inaugural “Dismantling White Supremacy” cohort led by CAAIP (Chicago African Americans in Philanthropy) and the University of Illinois Institute on Race and Public Policy. In this capacity, Jacki develops and facilitates spaces for teams and Boards to discuss organizational and cultural challenges that block effective work and mission.
Jacki is a frequent speaker and moderator and leads leadership trainings and retreats. Topics include individual and organizational transformation, Mission-Driven Teaming, and women’s leadership and power, including awareness of race as a component of leadership.
Jacki’s background bridges corporate and nonprofit sectors, including 30 years leading national advertising agencies and senior executive positions in Chicago nonprofits. Client organizations include the American Library Association, American Medical Association, Guerrero Media, JMT Consulting, Manufacturers Alliance, NORC at the University of Chicago, and the Public Health Institute in Oakland, CA. Jacki also spent nine years at the Chicago Botanic Garden, where she worked in leadership roles in marketing and corporate/foundation fundraising.
Jacki is from Houston, Texas, and earned her BS in Advertising with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She completed her Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Coaching at Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential in 2017.
