Katie Dardagan is an executive coach with over 20 years’ experience working closely with senior leaders in both individual and team coaching interventions. The work Katie does, ultimately focuses on enabling executives and team leaders to achieve the results needed in a way that engages the rest of the organization. The space in which all this happens is one of reflection, challenge and support, gaining new perspectives and insight, as well as a commitment to action that is aligned with the organization’s strategy.
Katie has worked with CEOs to team leaders from across the globe and from a wide range of sectors such as telecom, financial services, IT, consultancy services, legal, FMCG, communications, energy and petrochemical. Her own corporate experience in an auditing firm in the UK, where she moved from Project Manager to Client Director, gives her a solid understanding of business needs while appreciating the workings of organizational dynamics.
Katie’s approach is based on building self-awareness and expanding capabilities to ensure her clients are better placed to manage their relationships to create, interpret and achieve strategic goals within their unique and changing context.
Katie is on the faculty of several business education organizations in Europe and the USA. She has also held the role as Academic Director for IE University’s Master in Organizational Leadership.
Katie lives in Madrid and coaches in both Spanish and English.
