Laura Lewers

Laura joined Ariel in the spring of 2024 as Vice President of Global Clients, where she spearheads client engagements for some of Ariel’s key global accounts. Her role involves understanding complex developmental needs—from executive to employee levels—and crafting tailored training & leadership development journeys that drive sustainable behavior change.

Before Ariel, Laura honed her expertise in leadership development at Linkage, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in supporting clients’ efforts around advancing women leaders. She collaborated closely with client constituents to design multi-month developmental programs, incorporating 1:1 coaching to navigate and overcome career advancement barriers. Laura also acted as a learning team leader at Linkage’s annual Women in Leadership Institute.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego. Her passion for global cultures was ignited during her Semester at Sea, a highlight of her college years. Outside the office, she volunteers for a non-profit in San Francisco, enjoys cooking with friends, yoga, hiking, and quality time with her husband and their beloved black Labrador, Sutter.
