Marty Vondrell has deep expertise as a business coach/consultant and entrepreneur. As an executive coach, he works with leaders to help them better understand themselves, their leadership, and the leadership around them. His passion is in coaching leaders to conscious leadership in service of business performance.
During his 15-year career, Marty has led teams and coached individuals to success in corporations with a rapid rise to VP of Human Resources of a large company because of his ability to coach executives to a higher level of leadership effectiveness. He now brings his coaching to a range of businesses while creating a balance of tangible leadership results by helping leaders understand the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that have made them successful and the new beliefs, assumptions, and patterns they will need to adopt to achieve their full potential as leaders.
Past clients include various organizations: A&R Aviation, Axiom Constructors, Boeing, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Diamond Knot Craft Brewery, IHI Inc., Lathrop & Gage LLP, Live Area Labs, Microsoft, and Tommy Bahama. He has industry experience in Airlines, Construction, Food Industry, Healthcare, High-Tech, Manufacturing, and Mining.
As a business leader, Marty was a VP of Human Resources at Orica. Marty led teams to implement a range of solutions across the organization. Initiatives ranged from developing a high-potential coaching program across international departments to developing senior leadership teams to achieve greater productivity and alignment with Orica’s overall strategy.
Marty is the author of numerous coaching modules focused on developing beliefs and changing assumptions that derail careers and improve leadership development and business effectiveness.
