Matt Dunn

Matt joined Ariel in the Summer of 2021 as the Vice President of Global Sales and was promoted to the SVP of Global Sales in 2024.  In this role, Matt gets the opportunity to work directly with clients to help solve their most pressing training & business challenges and put together impactful learning experiences that can positively shift behavior and transform cultures.

Before joining Ariel, Matt spent ~10 years in the L&D space working at Fierce Conversations to help solve the conversation chaos that can arise in most organizations.  Matt has an adept ability to connect, get curious, actively listen, and work collaboratively with clients.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

A Seattle native, Matt lives in a suburb of Seattle called Lake Tapps, where he spends most of his time with his wife and two boys.  In his spare time, you can find him out on the lake surfing, playing basketball, going on adventures in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, or cheering on his Washington Huskies in athletics.
