Mike works with his clients to accelerate the development of critical leadership behaviors, allowing them to have a bigger impact as leaders and accomplish their individual and organizational objectives.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, Mike was President and COO of Jefferson Wells, a multinational business services corporation, and COO of North America for Right Management Corporation, a global Human Resources consulting organization, and a Manpower subsidiary.
