Natalie Cunningham

Dr Natalie Cunningham has an extensive background coaching global, C-Suite leaders across many industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, Information technology, retail, mining, airline, construction, engineering, media, and the development sector. Her global clients have been based in Dubai, Namibia, UK, Thailand, China, South Africa, and Botswana. She has also coached senior management teams across India, Turkey, and Russia. Her clients include Zurich Insurance, Naspers, Barloworld, Massmart, Anglo American, British Airways, Coopervision, and GIBS.

Natalie also enjoys designing leadership solutions for organizations. She has deep experience in group coaching and its positive impact on organizational culture. She also works with executive teams and likes the systemic nature of working across individuals, teams, groups, and the organization. Natalie also uses serious gaming as part of developing team and leadership competencies.

In addition to her deep, executive coaching experience, Natalie is currently a lecturer and Co-Director of a Masters of Leadership for Development at the University of Manchester. She further consults and coaches globally in the field of leadership development. An executive coach for nearly 25 years (since 1997), Natalie, with her considerable experience, was instrumental in developing one of the first Masters in Coaching, namely, a Masters in Management in Business and Executive Coaching. She also designed a Coaching Supervision Certificate and Business Executive Coaching Certificate at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. She did this during her role as Director of The Leadership Development Centre at the Wits Business School – where she led a team that customized Leadership Development Solutions for both private and public sector organizations.

A published author, Natalie continues to write chapters in books as well as articles. Her passion is to see sustainable and impactful meaningful leadership enhancing the quality of organizations and ultimately society.

Natalie lives in the countryside of East Cheshire in the United Kingdom but is in easy access to many cities. Natalie coaches in English.
