Nicole Pulito has 25+ years of experience consulting with organizations to identify and accelerate top talent to achieve business results. As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Integral Coach, she has a unique combination of skills to bring to her clients. An adult learning and development expert, Nicole is skilled in working with leaders and leadership teams to maximize individual and team effectiveness. As an integral coach, she complements her expertise in human behavior with an understanding of the whole person perspective to achieve transformational results in all work and life.
In addition to her coaching and leadership development work, Nicole is an expert in creating succession and assessment approaches to accurately predict potential, readiness, and fit for organizational talent. She has worked with dozens of companies to identify high-potential talent and accelerate engagement and development. She is particularly interested in helping organizations strengthen coaching and learning cultures by building professional coaching capabilities, enhancing leader coaching skills, and building organizational coaching programs and practices. Nicole has worked with client companies of all sizes, from solopreneurs to Fortune 100 global organizations such as Walmart, Abbott Laboratories, Northwestern Mutual, John Deere, and Under Armour.
Nicole believes any talent management practice must have a clear connection to driving overall business strategic priorities, success criteria, and impact measurement. Before her role with ECC, Nicole held positions at various global management consulting firms and adjunct professor roles at various universities.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Past President of ICF Wisconsin, and the current President of the ICF Midwest Coaches Development Council, Nicole believes in supporting coaches and organizations to leverage this skill to improve organizational culture and business results. In her executive coaching practice, Nicole has coached leaders at all levels of the organization. However, she is particularly interested in supporting leaders transitioning from senior management to executive leadership positions, including CEO succession candidates.
