Summary
Osman Rivas is one of Ariel’s online facilitators and webinar presenters. He was a writer for a local magazine in his home country Nicaragua and has also provided training experiences in Spain and globally in online workshops. In addition to that he has a passion for fine art photography and theatre, which informs the focus of his work: visual storytelling. Osman is fluent in Spanish and English.
Training Experience
Osman has facilitated learning for a variety of organisations and works with both for-profit and non-profit entities. In the business world, he facilitates virtual workshops in writing, leading hybrid teams and storytelling in business. In the non-profit world, he has trained local entrepreneurs in the management and development of their local businesses as a means to navigate their own way out of poverty. He also designs and facilitates workshops in storytelling through photography.
Business Experience
Osman was an Artistic Director, Writer and Sales Executive for a local magazine in Nicaragua, where he was responsible for art direction of the magazine cover, and writing about the local economic and social scene. He was also the Director of a non-profit organisation in Nicaragua which provided training in business to local entrepreneurs.
Currently based in the Basque Country of Northern Spain, Osman operates his own business and continues to work with clients around the world.
