Rodrigo Aranha is a highly skilled and experienced executive coach based in São Paulo, Brazil. Currently, Rodrigo coaches executives at senior levels in corporate organizations and is a consultant with a great deal of expertise in the field of leadership development. Having spent the majority of his career as a corporate executive, Rodrigo understands the intricacies of being a leader in an organization. His background also in corporate Human Resources has contributed to his abilities as an executive coach. Rodrigo coaches in both Portuguese and English.
Rodrigo previously held the role of Director of Human Resources for Banco J.P. Morgan S/A, with responsibility for policies, practices, and procedures related to the area of Human Resources for the offices in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, as well as for coordinating the area of Social Responsibility in Brazil. Prior to his experience at J.P. Morgan, Rodrigo was Executive Vice President of Lloyds TSB S/A, with responsibility for managing the business related to individual clients. In this organization, Rodrigo also had responsibilities for managing the areas of Corporate and Private Banking and contributed to the strategic planning of the Consumer Finance business.
In 2013, Rodrigo was elected President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chartered Chapter of São Paulo from 2013 to 2015.
