Rose Hollister specializes in partnering with executives to accelerate results, increase strategic effectiveness, and meet emerging business challenges. Her coaching, consulting, and facilitation work focuses on business performance, leadership and team development, and change management. Rose works with leaders to clarify the strategy, plan the needed shifts and execute the vision.  In addition, Rose has built executive onboarding systems for McDonald’s, General Mills, and other organizations.

Rose has worked across many industries including CPG, hospitality, healthcare, retail, real estate, banking, and pharmaceuticals. Rose has facilitated and coached leaders in over a dozen countries including the U.S., China, UK, France, and Germany. Her recent coaching clients include a CFO, Divisional Presidents at Fortune 500 companies, CHROs, VPs of Marketing, Chief Communications Officer, and an SVP of Integrated Business Planning.

Prior to becoming an external consultant, Rose ran the Leadership Institute for McDonald’s. In this capacity, she had oversight for the top 1600 leaders in over one hundred countries. The Institute provided guidance in executive development, onboarding, culture, and team effectiveness. Rose also served as Vice-President, Learning and Development, for Equity Office Properties, the biggest office REIT in the world. Rose and her staff partnered with internal business leaders to address and resolve challenges in change management, employee performance, leadership, and executive talent management.

Rose also taught graduate-level courses in Global Change, Leadership, and Coaching for Northwestern University. She lives in the Chicago area.
