Sophia Siambekos is an experienced global change leader, consultant, executive coach, and strategic advisor committed to elevating people as a critical lever for success. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a diverse and agile approach to foster data-driven, practical solutions that drive meaningful and sustainable results.

As a trusted partner, Sophia delivers a range of services, seamlessly wearing multiple hats required to navigate the complex and dynamic nature of work. She has a proven track record in articulating strategy, driving large-scale change and values-driven cultures, and collaborating one-on-one with leaders and teams to optimize engagement and growth. She also serves as a Human Resources leader, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, leading talent development processes and programs, and managing the daily operations of the People function.

Sophia brings a diverse background, with a career inclusive of leadership roles at STS Human Resource Consulting Inc. and within Arthur Andersen’s global organizational development and learning function. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at North Central College and a consultant at a boutique firm focused on talent management and succession planning in the safety forces sector. Her client base is extensive, spanning markets and industries such as associations, consumer products, education & research, finance, food, health & wellness, insurance, non-for-profit, pharmaceutical, professional services, and transportation.

When not serving her clients, Sophia contributes to her professional and personal communities as a board member, conference presenter, and philanthropist.
