Stuart Ralsky’s career, spanning over 30 years, has included a variety of academic, corporate, and consulting positions. The positions have ranged from Department Chair of Management Sciences at St. Bonaventure University to progressively more responsible positions in Training and Organization Development at PPG Industries and Montgomery Ward. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Orion Energy Systems (OESX).

Stuart has been a leadership and management development consultant for Fortune 500, as well as small to mid-size growth companies, including Astellas Pharma, Kraft Foods, ITW, Abbott, W.W. Grainger, Harley Davidson, Exelon, US Foods, and United. Stuart’s practice focuses on executive coaching and development, assessment, and selection. He brings a very unique blend of academic training, internal corporate experience, and consulting knowledge to his clients. Stuart is a consummate practitioner who has sat in a leader’s chair and understands how business works. Stuart’s style is direct, objective, realistic and supportive.

Stuart has served as an executive coach for leaders ranging in level from C Suite to Managers. He is recognized for his coaching work in helping senior leaders sharpen their skill sets, address succession issues, and enhance their capabilities as mentors. He has a history of assisting high-potential individuals accelerate their careers and assume roles of increasing responsibility. Stuart gains involvement and commitment from participants and their direct supervisors and then guides them through a development process that culminates in a detailed, actionable, plan that all parties support. Stuart tailors his approach to fit the specific needs of his clients. His process includes setting expectations, utilizing assessments that illuminate underlying predispositions, gathering data from 360-degree feedback surveys and stakeholder interviews, and culminates in a rigorous development plan that leverages strengths and identifies opportunity areas. With clearly defined plans in place, Stuart works with clients and provides targeted coaching to put plans into action that address day-to-day needs and deliver results.
