Susan Madonia

For over 25 years, Susan has been helping leaders, teams, and organizations achieve peak performance through executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. As SVP of Global Solutions at Ariel, Susan partners with clients across industries and geographies to support their leadership development needs including leading a diverse, experienced, global team of over 200 coaches, consultants, and C-Suite partners.

Prior to Ariel, Susan held executive leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies. She also served at the officer level in Human Resources at Sara Lee, Ameritech, and Elkay Manufacturing, where she honed her skills in global integrations and talent management.

Blessed with a wonderful daughter, family, and friends, Susan splits her time between Wisconsin and California. Outside of work, she can be found on the slopes following her passion for snow skiing or enjoying travel to new destinations.
