Terry Trayvick has a strong record of business experience with industry leading companies such as American Dehydrated Foods, General Motors, Kraft Foods, Procter and Gamble, Sara Lee, R.R. Donnelley and US Foods. Most recently he was President for several strategic business units at R.R. Donnelley. Prior to attaining the President’s role, Terry was head of strategy for the $4 billion Donnelley Print Solutions business. Terry is very comfortable working with company CEOs, board members, and senior executives on a path for general management responsibilities.

Prior to his strategy and President’s roles, Terry was the senior finance leader on many business teams. As the senior finance leader he coached many C-Suite executives, general managers, and senior sales, operations, technology, service, and marketing leaders. He has facilitated projects including strategic and operations planning, translating strategy into actions, re-organizations, change management, performance management, consolidations, off-shoring, financial budgeting and planning, organization alignment, and business turn-arounds.

Clients include both for-profit and non-profit organizations desiring sustainable breakthrough results. Using his unique strategic methodology, Terry has helped guide John Houston Custom Homes since 2008, working with them to develop key robust strategies, long-term financial models, a full re-branding, and has guided the leadership team for eight consecutive years of record results. Since 2008 they have grown from a single company delivering $8MM in sales to over $200MM in revenue across seven companies. This growth has been entirely organic and funded primarily out of internal cash flow.

Terry is an advisory board member of Arizona State University’s Center for Services Leadership, neoIT, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New York, and a member of the Executive Leadership Council and Leadership Greater Chicago.
