Do you have experience in performing arts, strategic business writing and editing, and/or consultative selling? What about a strong passion for inspiring others and allowing them to unlock their most authentic selves? If your answer is yes, then we should probably meet!
People who match the above description are exactly who make up our global facilitator pool. Our independent contractors are the heart and soul of Ariel. They allow us to bring our work to life, and are the reason why we have been leaders in communication training for 35 years and counting.
Requirements
- 3 years facilitation, training, or related experience
- Demonstrated group facilitation and presentation skills in a corporate client setting
- Demonstrated familiarity with one of our facilitation topic areas (presence, writing, consultative selling)
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Expressive or creative arts experience (for Presence programs, Performing Arts experience is highly preferable)

BECOME A COACH
Help develop leaders and executives
Are you a former executive that wants to help other leaders develop their skills and find their fulfillment? Join our team of world-class executive coaches to inspire today’s leaders.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of independent coaching experience (outside of an organization)
- Demonstrated senior level coaching experience (VP level and above)
- Knowledge of industry-standard coaching processes, and willingness to learn and implement Ariel’s proprietary process
- Examples of coaching engagements: strengths and learning opportunities
- Highly preferable that you have one of these certifications:
- 360 Certifications – (Korn Ferry 360 and/or Benchmarks 360)
- Hogan Certification
- ICF Certification (especially PCC or MCC)
- Front line business experience
- References
